The pricing schedules below should apply in most situations to domestic properties and include the following:

Proposed plans and elevations, including space planning of the existing property to ensure the proposal meets the client's requirements. We allow for a reasonable number of revisions within the process.

Listed and non-standard buildings may incur additional fees.
Northedge Design will act as your agent throughout the planning process, dealing directly with the Local Planning Authority on your behalf, making the process simple and hassle-free

Existing Plans & Elevations
After a free telephone consultation, we will visit your home to carry out a full measured survey. This will allow us to create existing plans, showing how the property looks now

Proposed Plans & Elevations
From the existing plans, we will produce fully detailed proposed plans and elevations, working with you to ensure that the proposal meets current planning policies and provides the best living accommodation for your household

3D Views
Included with the drawings, we provide 3D representations of the proposal, both internally and externally, so our clients can fully appreciate the space that will be provided
